Studio Pavlo Wardini is a unique space designed specifically for music recording and practice, with a strong emphasis on delivering an ideal environment for instrument recording, particularly drums. The studio's acoustics are expertly engineered to maintain the right balance of sound energy, ensuring that every instrument—from delicate strings to powerful drums—captures its true tone and dynamic range. Special attention was given to optimizing the space for drum recording, where sound control is critical to capturing the full energy and depth of the instrument. The acoustics are finely tuned to balance reflections, reverberation, and low-frequency energy, creating a controlled yet natural sonic environment. The result is a studio where musicians can achieve precise, clear recordings without compromising on the energy and impact of their sound. Scope of work:

For the Studio Pavlo Wardini project, Akoustone provided a full internal acoustic design and implementation, combining our unique acoustic products with specialized analysis to ensure the space met international standards. Our process began with precise acoustic measurements and an in-depth evaluation of the studio’s acoustics, focusing particularly on optimizing the sound energy for instrument and drum recording. Using this data, we developed a tailored solution that included custom-made wooden elements designed to serve as both reflectors and diffusers, complementing AKOUSTONE’s proprietary products. These bespoke wood elements were strategically placed to enhance sound diffusion and ensure that the energy from instruments, especially drums, was captured accurately and naturally. The acoustic treatment was applied in a way that balanced sound absorption, diffusion, and bass management, while seamlessly integrating with the studio’s aesthetic. The result is a high-performance space that not only provides superior sound quality but also maintains an elegant, functional design, creating an ideal environment for both music recording and practice.
